From the moment you enter our reception, you will marvel
at the services provided to our guests. We have a Guest
Relations manager who will assist you in everything you
need. Consider the Guest Relations manager as your
personal facilitator since that is what the manager is.
The Manager will handle any service you want with the
highest level of efficiency and speed. Whatever you
require, be it transport arrangement, our Guest
Relations manager will be there at your disposal.
You will never have to worry about the state of the room
you stay in. This is because at Elementaita Country
Lodge, we have dedicated housekeeping staffs that
ensures no matter the duration of your stay your room
remains in pristine condition.
We provide round the clock housekeeping services that
are designed to enable our guests have a peaceful, calm
